LAC is hosting a Caregivers Tea

You pour everything you have into caring for others. Now, it's time to pour back into you.
The Caregivers Tea offers a dedicated time and space for caregivers to find community, receive support, and enjoy a moment of respite. This complimentary event will feature:

• Informational stations where you can effortlessly connect with resources to better support both yourself and your loved one.
• Light refreshments and a time to simply be cared for.
• A supervised Kids Corner to allow you complete peace of mind during your break.

It's FREE and open to everyone in the community.
