Free Cardiovascular Screening for individuals 40 years and older. Screening includes: 

• Blood pressure
• Heart rate, Risk factor screening
• Lipid profile with calculation of risk of stroke or heart attack in 10 years
• Abdominal aorta ultrasound to screen for aneurysm
• Test results with a registered nurse
• Patient education for individuals who score Intermediate to High Risk for heart attack or stroke and referral appointment
