Rosalind "Roz" Welch was initiated though the Mu Epsilon Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in the Spring of 2004. She has impacted many areas of the organization, previously serving as a collegiate advisor, Chapter Reactivation Team member, co-chair of the LAC Communications Committee, and as the 1st Vice President of the Louisville Alumnae Chapter. A humble servant at her core, Roz uses her leadership skills to empower those around her to impact the community with intentional effort and a positive attitude. When describing her vision for LAC's continued local efforts, Roz always flashes a smile and says, "If not us, then who? If not now, then when?"

Pam Coleman was initiated into the Louisville Alumnae Chapter in Spring 2001, alongside 10 other amazing women. For 14 years, Pam has served our chapter as an officer or committee chair, serving on both the Executive Committee and Board. For eight of those years, she was a financial officer serving as Treasurer and Financial Secretary; In the years remaining, she served as Chair of the Internal Audit, Social Action, and Project 13 committees. Her immediate past positions are Asst. Treasurer, MIDS Ambassador, and NPHC representative.
