Join us for an interactive & free Art of Cooking Culinary Arts Masterclass celebrating food as art, creativity, culture, and community.

Chef BerNadette West-Fugate, a Sullivan University graduate, professional chef, caterer, actress, and singer, will guide participants through a special dessert flight featuring multiple sweet creations designed to explore flavor, presentation, and the artistry of dessert.

Chef BerNadette’s culinary experience includes working with Cirque du Soleil’s Alegría Tour, catering private and community events, and supporting artists and creative spaces through her passion for “catering to the arts.”

What to Expect

• A live, virtual culinary masterclass

• A curated dessert flight

• Step-by-step instruction from Chef BerNadette

• Tips for presentation, preparation, and making each dessert your own

• An opportunity to cook, create, connect, and have fun with Louisville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Participants are encouraged to take photos throughout the experience and share their finished dessert flights so we can celebrate our collective culinary creativity.

Ingredients & Preparation

Registration will be required. The complete ingredient list, recipes, preparation information, and any needed kitchen tools will be shared with registered participants.

A reminder containing the ingredient list and preparation details will be sent three days before the masterclass so participants have time to shop and prepare.
