1. What do I need to get into Churchill Downs? Bring your Ticketmaster QR Code from the Churchill Downs or Ticketmaster app.
2. What are the event details again? Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026 Doors Open: 11:30 AM First Race: 12:45 PM Location: Churchill Downs, 700 Central Ave, Louisville, KY 40208 Chef’s Buffet: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
3. My tickets are in First Turn. Where do I park? Park in the Yellow Lot. Enter through the First Turn Gates and present your mobile ticket.
4. My tickets are in Millionaires Row. Where do I park? Park in the Orange Lot, Green Lot, or the non-reserved section of the Black Lot. Enter through the Paddock Gates and present your mobile ticket. Ushers will assist with directions to the Millionaires Row level.
5. Do you have a map of the parking area?
6. I received an email with my order number. Can I use that to get in the event? No. You will receive a separate email from Ticketmaster. Your ticket will be directly linked to the email address you used to purchase through our website. If your Ticketmaster account is under a different email address, you will have to transfer it to your preferred email address.
