About the event
The ladies of the Louisville Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are pleased to host our 2nd annual Parent Empowerment Forum for parents of children in grades PreK-12 in the city of Louisville, Kentucky. You are especially invited! The purpose of the forum is to provide parents/guardians with a safe space to foster community, where they will receive knowledge, tools, and resources to learn more about support at home and how to become actively involved in school and district decisions that affect their children. This event will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Dr. William H. Perry Elementary School, 755 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40210. Registration for the day of the event will begin at 9:30 a.m.
This event is part of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.'s five-point program. When you register, you'll be able to choose three (3) workshops that best suit your interests and parenting needs. Please complete the form below to register as a parent and your child(ren).
